I have a nice banker. He is polite and helpful.

There was a different banker I asked help with for closing someone out of my account, though, and she seemed upset with that I was closing this person out of it. Please rest assured, that there are different reasons why you may close someone out of an account, and you do not know my reason...

I don't have much complaints of the bankers' demeanor towards myself or other customers. You all seem quite polite and knowledgeable.
