Nancy Castillo is one of the greatest personal bankers I have dealt with in a long time. She takes the fear away from the idea of big banks and makes the experience easy and less intimidating. She has great customer service and helped me with everything I went in for and even more. She is the reason I have stayed a Wells Fargo customer for 6 years. I wanted to share my experience on Gallup as well so I hope I did the survey correctly, if not then I just wanted to say that if anyone needs help with anything , go see her! Overall this branch is filled with the friendliest people I've ever ran into a bank with , great job Wells Fargo!

This is by far the best branch Ive visited. I will never bank with WellsFargo but as far as excellent customer service goes; this branch should be recognized. The store and branch manager do great to help and ALL WellFargo branches should look to this store as an example of a job well done.

The worst wells fargo branch i have been in my life, ive been a customer since 1993 ( 22 years ) and ive never seen such a crap branch before. Thanks for screwing up transactions, offering me horrible apr on refinancing my car and doing basically nothing right.
