Would you like to open an account, while you cash the check. ummmm no, first experience is horrible. You'll never gain customers running a brach like this. I just waited for ever for a bunch of a run around. Their staff is no help, always have to go to the Manger... I will not open an account here with my money. Never!! Lucky I can't give negative stars.

Horrible customer service. Not even a member with this horrible branch, and will never become a member. All I wanted to do is cash a check from here. Waited in the long line to get to the teller, to find out I had to wait in another line... Simple transaction took over 45mins!!! Give me a break, all you have to do is count out the money, and push buttons....

such a bad bank , my mom went to go open me a teen account and then they said they dont open accounts for teenagers. so i went to the wells fargo on del paso & they told me that was weird , that every wells fargo has teen accounts & they opened me one there . seriously that was ridiculous i had to go all the way to north sacramento to go open an account just cause this stupid bank didn't wanna open me one
