This is by far one of the best Chase branches around. After visiting one of its other branches, I will only come here. They make you feel welcome and make sure that you feel valued. Plus they go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. Banker had no willingness to help resolve my issues. He wasn't even willing to acknowledge the lack of information he gave to a potential business customer. BofA here I come.

I love this place! Always friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Really, I recommend this branch on Folsom Blvd. for all banking needs.  Sincerely, Dianne Rheingans
