I am amazed that your home page has no easy way to find out how to wire
funds to my account.  
Also, when I call it  sometimes takes 3 - 5 minutes on hold to get a live person on the line.
Your stationery and statements should have the other side dedicated to easy ways to manage your account i.e. how to find balances, last 5 entries, and of course wiring instructions.
