Walked in and Jamie greeted us and made us feel welcome. She helped us access our account and informed us who to call to insure we have no problems using our credit cards when we are out of town. Jamie is friendly, personable and professional with awesome glasses!

Today at this chase bank, the woman who signs people in to see banker, She told me I have to have a n appointment to see a Banker for assistance. I am Chinese , the other person is Mexican female she did not have an appointment either. But women who signs people in, allowed her to be seen right away and told me I couldn't be seen today. She didn't have an appointment and I didn't have an appointment, but she was seen. This has happened before to me by the same person. I asked if she could talk to the manager and she said NO, only a banker assistant can take care of you, you don't need to see the Manager. This has happen to my husband too and by the same woman. He has told me we need to change banks and I agree with him, It would seem we are not of the Proper Race.

Garbage! Showed up at 5:20om to open a basic checking for bill purposes and was turned away from by some rude banker. "I'm out of here at 5:30"... As I reminded him, online shows you being open until 6pm. Well I'm telling you now am leaving but you can wait on the other banker who's busy! I guess that's how we do business and talk to customers 😏

i have been a member of chase for 5 years and my wife for almost 2 years, my wife deposited her check as she has done every other week from same company for 2 years and all of a sudden they decide to hold her check for 7 days when every other time the funds were available the same day or latest the nezt day. the manager who works there nsmed yolanda espinoza told us thst they couldnt confirm the informstion from the bank who the checknwas from, when the money had already been cleared on their end, and i was on phone with other bank and they gave her the number to call to confirm info and they said she had to call within next 5 min before they closed, and she did absolutly nothing to help us and she got up from her desk and purposly waited longer thsn 5 minutes and then cslled and said they were closed. this is the worst experience i have ever had with chase, i have never had any problems untill today but because of yolanda espinosa i will be going in tomorrow to close me and my wifes bank accounts and will be changing to wells fargo. warning to anyone who goes to this location, chose another location becsuse the customer service here is non existant.

I had to start coming here to this chase because its closer but i almost want to drive farther because it would be fast. This chase takes so long. Why do i have to wait 30 min with 1 person infront of me. Everytime i come its that long or longer and i have to come alot almost everyday.
