One star simply for the fact that they will NEVER answer the phone. I have been trying to call them for 3 days straight and still no answer.

I was very disappointed after speaking with Amy Butler in the Mortgage department. I received a phone call from Amy Butler in 6/10/16, asking if I was interested in refinancing my home to get a better interest rate and to consolidate. I said I would be and we had a extensive conversation. Amy needed information like where I work, my salary and all the other questions that go along with refinancing. After I answered all of Amy's questions she said she would look into my options and give me a call back. The weekend past with no phone from Amy. I decided on Tuesday to give her a call, I left a message on her cell phone. Now it's Friday and I still haven't received a call back from Amy. I tried her cell phone again with no answer. I decided to call the Chase branch where she works at (91st Ave & Northern). Once Amy was on the phone I introduce myself and I was following up on our conversation. Amy had no clue who I was, I understand I'm not the only customer she has. I was very disappointed when she looked up my account and still had no idea who I was. She had the nerve to tell me she wasn't the one who called and spoke to me, I replied with would you like me to play your voice mail you left me from 6/10/16. Then after that she proceeded to ask me the same questions I already answered on 6/10/16. I informed Amy I had answered all these questions before, all she could say is she is trying to work with me. After that I told Amy would take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst Chase Bank I have ever been to bad customer service.
