Very Understaffed.. Really need to hire more bankers. Shouldn't have to wait 2 hours in lobby to report card lost and get a temporary one.

Very friendly and professional. I never had to wait very long to get my personal transactions done. Time waited for personal banker at the most 10 minutes. Highly recommend this bank.
