Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't sell ones without an account. When given a name for an account, they told us it should be a "business account." Then they clearly found the account by name, but because they weren't intelligent enough to link the account number to the name, they wouldn't help. I can tell you, I was interested in opening a personal account with Chase, but they ruined any chance of that happening.

Basic bank, no more drive-thru banking anymore as most Chase banks are going these days. A little difficult to get out of the drive-thru ATM area due to the high traffic and partially-blocked visibility.

The people are great. Tbe bank policies suck for customers.

Have been waiting 45 minutes (so far) for a customer service rep (only one at the moment). This branch does way too much business for the minimal amount of staff it has. Switching to Bank of America.
