Always get fast, knowledgeable,  and friendly  service. All bank employees have great attitudes and are there to help with any situation I've had. Don't like going anywhere else.

The customer service at Wells Fargo is lacking. There have been several bank errors on my account within several months. This Saturday morning I woke to an overdraft fee cause by a bank charge that was not even mine. I was charged $25 for check copyies. After 45 minutes on the phone, the teller said the charge was for copies of 5 checks that I requested. I informed the man that I had not even written 5 checks on that account let alone requested copies. It took a supervisor to realize it was a bank error. The charge was not mine. There is still an overdraft on my record.

Two months ago a client deposited cash into my account inside with a teller. The funds did not hit the account and when we called the bank they could not find them either. Rather than admit to the mistake and replace the funds, they spent two days to trace them down, again a bank error that resulted in my waiting.

I have a client that issues a check at the first of the month, every month, and it always clears; still they hold the check every month for two days. I am so unhappy with Wells Fargo I am going to follow my wife's lead, she closed her account two weeks ago.

I will close mine in the morning. Shame on them.
