Came in after the lunch rush and saw a teller immediately. Was making a fundraising deposit and was met with a friendly face and positive attitude. Quick and easy work with the new cash counting machines.

Waiting for a personal banker takes forever. They seem to only have 2 people working while 8+ people wait.

Awful customer service. I got there at 1:58p on a Saturday. Was told to wait for a teller to open a new business account. 30 minutes goes by, it's now 2:30p. After waiting patiently for the customer before me to finish up, the teller has the nerve to tell me that it's going to take 45 minutes and that I can setup an appointment on Monday. Why would you not tell that to me from the start instead of wasting my time while I sat there for 30 minutes? I could have gone to a number of other Chase branches but I felt this one would be good and got there just before closing. I was completely wrong. I will never do any banking again at this location. I will continue to use Chase's great services but not at this location.

Very nice staff.  Advisors there were awesome and very friendly.  They helped us out and made my wife and I aware of options that we didn't know about.

This branch consistently has long lines and long wait times for service. Out of five teller windows and 6 banker booths, only one of each is staffed. On my first visit I thought maybe they had more customers than expected, but after a repeat experience, this seems to be their normal mode of operation.
