Literally the worse customer service and group of Managers I have ever dealt with.  Handling my Fathers estate has been a nightmare.  I have escalated issues to corporate and still get sent back to this location.  They never return calls and make excuses for everything.  I have been dealing with missing funds for a month and can't seem to get any resolution.  The worst!!!!!

Me and my employee had to deal with the branch manager, Robert Lalicki denying responsibilities for very apparent bank errors.  He's very cold and impersonal, refuses to greet others, or shake hands, and on an occasion even corrected my grammar.

The Branch manager Robert Lalicki had us on hold for 28 minutes and then when we called back was out to lunch apparently. We called back 20 minutes later and he had no recollection of us being on hold.
