No complaints at all. The service it's excellent.

They do not cash checks wrote by their customers. A bank will not cash a check written by an account holder. Unless you already bank with them. What are the odds I bank at a bank with few locations I never hear of? What are the odds I will want to bank with them in the future after this? I can go in TD Bank and cash a check from one of their customers with out an account. Chase.....BofA....etc....
