Nice small branch of Chase, never has it been too packed for you not to go in and it's got the convenience of having a drive thru atm and help booths.

I've never been into a bank that won't change $20 to non account holders. As soon as the teller found out I didn't have an account she pushed my money back to me, said have a nice day, and went back to talking to her coworker. Had she offered I would have gladly opened an account with Chase, but now I know to take my money elsewhere.

The manager and one the teller is really,really unprofessional, they don't even know how to deposit the check, it take about 15 mins after I send the checks then tell me the check is unable to deposit because it has my nick name, it is bullshit, I can deposit the check with the same name all around orlando but not this stupid branch for 5 years.
