I would of given 5 but was not happy 2 weeks ago when I called to ask what I need when I close my moms accounts in 30 days because she past away. A week later they deactivated her debit card and they deactivated mine which is a separate account. I only found this out when I went to pay for groceries and it was denied both cards. Embarrassing!  Went to ATM to take out cash slip said deactivated contact bank. I was angry. Had to write checks until they sent me my new card 10 days later.
