The worst banking experience. The representatives they just don't know how to treat a customer in times. When you open an account, you will be treated wonderful. "Money.. Money.. Money.. Money matters". When you go to dispute a transaction you will be treated like "who the hell are you?" I was charged a returned item fee for the chase bank's error showing me double the figures that I should actually have. "The charge was made and the amount can't be refunded" this is the only thing I can hear from a representative.. 
Ugliest banking experience. Even to freeze my account I got to go around a number of times around the bank.

Now I know why Chase is not in the east coast. Can't handle bigger transactions, can't handle charges, errors often made and customers are thrown to suffer. This kind of bank can't thrive in East coast.

Ridiculous! Always short on staff, told me that a teller at the counter will help me to access my safe deposit box. A young man started asking my safe deposit box number at the counter. I told him nobody's ever asked me that especially in public. He clearly was not certain on what he was doing. -- Really?  A line of people listening to my info? No wonder they got robbed recently. Maybe some training for new employees and checking their IQ before hiring? It is a bank after all...

I have been a customer at Chase Banksince it was Washington Mutual. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire stay with Chase until I walked into this branch. I went in to cash a check from a regular customer that I have received approximately 4 checks from including the one that I just tried to Cash but denied by a Thin white female and the manager whom also was white white! I have cashed checks here for years! I fell like I was treated this way because of my race! To all take your montane direct deposits and go to another bank. This bank is not the one! Bye Chase!

Only cause I can't give them a no star, if that was an option I wound choose none. Their always understaffed, always takes forever. Over 30 minutes in line when I use the business line before I even get to the window. I wish outer company used another bank, I have to work to but when I'm line over 45 total minutes it socks. Don't use this bank if you don't have to
