I've had an account here for a couple years. Came in to change some bills I had for rolled change. They told me "they don't make change." Had to get the bank manager involved. She said no because "corporate charges us a fee for making change." So I asked to close out my account and cash it all in nickels. She then obliged me in my original request. 

Fast-forward two months later, I come back to exchange rolled change for bills. I expected the same routine. Surprisingly- it works fine the other way around? The teller didn't know what "corporate fee for making change" I was talking about when I mentioned it. 

Something isn't adding up here..

I do not like Wells Fargo. They let someone I knew that was not on my son's account get  money out all because staff knew the man. Beware if you use them

Worst customer service ever! The bankers were extremely rude and blame the customer for not knowing how to do THEIR job. I'd rather go to a different bank, than deal with such ridiculous service.

Overall good customer service and easy to understand fees. Looks like most of these bad reviews are from people who signed a contract they didn't read. All you have to do is ask them to explain it to you and they get very detailed with each process. Great bank for a business or business man
