Unfortunately because of the poor treatment we just received, I'm probably going to cancel my account here. Coming in to open a new account, there were somethings that I was unaware of. But the manner of how the bank associate (Angelica) was just very assertive and rude. Along with her facial expressions that just seemed annoyed. She sat down an said goodbye while looking at her computer. Didn't shake our hands or walk us out. I'm pointing all of these things out because it's what I'm used to at this bank. It turned me from my account all together, and even other relatives are thinking about canceling with them as well. Not a great start to a Friday :/

I love chase and every branch I've ever walked into is the best! Except this one!!!! I drive 15 mins out of my way to go to another chase. Benefit of the doubt I've come here 5 differ times and each time one of the representatives is so rude not only to me but also to others waiting, whom are clients to this bank. I'm very, very surprised it hasn't been rectified yet which is why I took 5mins out of my day to post this review.

I am not a Chase customer (nor will I ever become one after this experience). I used their ATM and stood in line for 30 minutes to get change for a $20 bill I received from their ATM that I did pay their $3 service fee to use. And after waiting for 30 minutes I was told they could not give me change for the $20 bill because I didn't have an account with them. WTF REALLY? It was cash, I wanted cash in exchange, it's a flipping bank for crying out loud! There should be a huge sign outside next to where it says 'bank' that says, I'm sorry this building is an illusion, we don't actually provide basic money exchanging services you could reasonably expect an institution with the word bank in the title to provide.

One teller window open almost anytime you come in. The worst waiting  experience. Extremely  unprofessional.

I am fed up with this bank fees  I can't wait for nine o clock to go and close this account and to change $20 you swipe your card it's $20 seriously I am done with this bank
