The Manager, Eric, was less interested in helping me and more interested in getting me to pay fees when their ATM wouldn't accept a check. I went to a different branch and they helped me! Treat your customers better, Eric!

Horrible Customer Service and Help...FOund out a fraud withdrawel happened from my account at this branch at the teller window! went to the bank looking for answers and info that I could take to the police to file and I was given a basic print out screen shot of my checking account that I could have done myself. Answered none of my questions about how can this happen , what id do u ask for, did they have a second form, did they have to swipe a debit card, do u all scan the driver license image and I even asked for the teller, who they say wasn't there. Went to my regular bank and what a difference, they sat with me for an hour, got fraud on the phone and told me all kinds of things that happened, accounts being closed in my name, temp cards issued, pins reset....now I blame B of A just as much , where was the email alerts for any of these changes!!!! they have shut my card off before because I spent money in two different counties once but for someone emptying your bank account you don't even get an alert! amazing!! but this tamarac banks answer was let fraud handle it when she could have damn well looked into or she didn't want to tell me, also found out a week before someone tried there and the id didn't match my account so that time they didn't issue the money...what that's not a red flag and then a week later they withdrawel and give out 90% of my savings. !2 hours on the phone, at the banks at the police. If it wasn't for the help at my bank and the guys in the fraud I would dump this bank so fast which I still may do if they have branches that run like Tamarac with no care to help you get some answers about your stolen money ......especially when their teller did everything but give them the shoes off my feet!! My advice to anyone..don't use this bank and good luck if you ever find yourself a victim of fraud and all your money gone, go to another bank for help! Should be zero stars but it wouldn't let me!
