No matter when you go in there, the wait will be 45 minutes. Get ready to watch employees goofing off and joking while dozens of people wait in line. Even on peak days such as monday they will only have one or 2 tellers working.

Its the worst department of BofA. They don't help,they did not do anything. The worst manager is Lestor. He is nothing doing .

This branch is the worst I have ever used. The manager just sits around in her office and never helps anyone. The tellers are all great but so many things go wrong with their systems the wait is unbelievable. To give you an example on Friday 4//1 - I first went to Wells Fargo which is across the street - I was in and out within 5 minutes. Then  went to this BofA - 12 people in line with 3 tellers but two of them were have problems so after 15 minutes waiting and not one person on line was helps I just left. Not sure if this is a BofA problem but I have only experienced it at this branch.

min wait in line! They put ONE elderly lady at the teller servicing a line of 30 people!! She was doing a great job by the way, but she was stressed out trying to rush. Poor lady... Is a multi-billion dollar financial institution trying to save 13 bucks an hour for an extra teller???! Get real!! Horrible horrible...

Called to try and resolve an ongoing issue (which BOA customer service admits is a bank error.) Assistant manager was one of the most rude and condescending people ever, and of course did not help in the slightest. Very frustrating.
