Great staff but rude and arrogant manager.
We opened multiple accounts with Chase bank located at 116th street and Cumberland Rd in Fishers. 
The staff was nice. A couple of months later I noticed they were charging some monthly charges to the accounts. 
I visited the branch and the banker took care of the charges are confirmed all accounts are set to no more monthly charges. All good till now.  we kept slowly moving our transactions from other bank to Chase (salaries, bill payments, etc). About a year later I got an email alert I setup at the beginning that one of the accounts has low balance. I thought perhaps when the fixed it this might have been overlooked. So I was pretty confident that they will adjust it. 

When I visited the branch, the front desk lady checked the account and heard my story, and then I was referred to another person to settle the account for those bank charges. 
He contacted the manager (Chad H) and then said they can only refund last 4 months charges. I talked to the manager, he seemed very arrogant. He said the same thing and mentioned the person who opened our account must have explained how to avoid monthly charges. I stated that we opened our accounts with sufficient funds and if we were informed, we could definitely have had deposited either $300 or another direct deposit for that account too. But he wasn't willing to refund the amount for remaining months (which was just $20). That was really very unprofessional, not just unethical. He did not even want to give me any other options who to contact if he is so unable to manage this. 
After spending few minutes with him, I realized I was wasting my time.
I am going to cut off my ties with Chase Bank by cancelling all our accounts and credit cards. 
They lost another customer just in greed of $20. It was not the amount they charged unduly but manager's attitude that made me decide to not deal with them again. That’s the level of customer service this guy has learned.

I have used alot of different banks over the years for my personal and my business accounts and Chase has done the best with them.  The branch manager at this location is Jeff and he does an excellent job with customer service.  I couldn't be happier with them.
