FORUM Credit Union is a locally owned financial institution that was established in 1941. At FORUM, our customers (we call them members) are owners. FORUM is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration and is an Equal Housing Opportunity lender.

Branches are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (except Hazel Dell which is open 9am-6pm) and Saturday 9am-12pm (except Monument Circle which is closed). All branches are closed on Sundays.

Our Contact Center Phones are open Monday through Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm. Contact Center Online Chat is open Monday through Friday 8am-10pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm.

Branches and Contact Center are closed on National Holidays.

I have used Forum CU for over 20 years.  I have rarely experienced even a negative experience.   It is like most things, people expect every thing to be figured out for them.   If you admit you made a mistake, FORUM will work with you.   Ask the right questions, do your own leg work to make sure you have covered all the bases.  Do your  "Due diligence" in whatever you do and it will work better for all.

I've been with them for years, and for a basic bank account they are fine. I finally started looking at their other services. They have very poor communication with their customers. They say one thing, do another, and never communicate it. I'm very disappointed in their services because while they sound good, actually getting someone to work with you on putting them in place feels impossible. You simply get lost in the shuffle repetitively.
