My cousin and I went into my local Chase bank to open a simple checking account and were seated in the lobby and waited to be attended to. The service representative ignored us and addressed another set of customers who had arrived after we had been sitting there waiting. So we sat and waited 20 minutes until she finished taking care of the customers and finally acknowledged us after they left. The process to open my cousin's account was for some reason taking another 20 minutes to establish. When I asked her about the wait she bluntly tells me that this was the amount of time it takes,to which I responded "I think we could of been further in the process if you hadn't skipped us to attend to the customers behind us." She replies with "You're right." Then starts talking down to my cousin like he was criminal, referencing the patriot act and Chase bank's policies and how her conduct of business was justified in educating us since we appeared ignorant of how the banking process works. I told her that this was not a good start in customer relations talking to us this way. To which she replied by saying we could wait outside. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully by any representative of Chase bank and would not let her continue to work at that branch if she is going to discriminate against certain customers and be a poor reflection of Chase bank as a company.

I had to call 4 times during their open-bank hours before someone would answer the phone.  That is ridiculous.

I went in the other day and told me they couldnt cash a check because i had to order the money. This happens all the time at this location. I had no problem at the rancho bernardo branch. I also hate how they talk down to you like your business is not important. Overall customer service is horrible. I dont usually write reveiws but they made me
 really upset

I found the staff to be very rude and condescending.  I'm talking about personal bankers not the tellers. I have a business account and usually use the location across town where they're awesome. This location sucks. I would advise to avoid.
