I went in for a replacement card because I was around the area and had left my card at home and was in need of my debit card... when the cashier told me there was a $5 replacement charge I figured eh, since I know its at home I'll just go back for it and save the buck... come to find out couple days later I go out for dinner and my card was declined...I call and the customer service rep was rude staying it had to be blocked becaue it was not in my possession.  I advised her I told the teller I had it a home and to nevermind it... So I figured to walk in and speak to someone and since it was noted I had already spoken to Customer service they seemed to have the same careless attitude.  The $5 is not the concept, the concept is they were wrong and would rather me close my account that take care of the $5 fee for their misunderstanding... Navy Federal is my bank now 👌

My loan has been processed for 2 1/2 months. What is wrong with this bank? I should not be the first one to apply for a loan at this bank. According to my previous experience with other big banks, it usually took 30 days for a loan to get approval. What is holding up the loan? No one can answer my question.
