There's an extra large lady personal banker at this location that is rude and nasty. Stopped by to do a name change on my account and she said to come back in an hour. I explained to her that I had been at another branch for the same purpose and couldn't do it. She said she had an appointment. Well her appointment was not there and according to her it was going to take her about 10 to 15 minutes to do a name change on my account, yet she told me to come back in one hour. There is no customer service at this branch at all. Chase Morgan needs to look into providing more personal bankers at each of their branches. I have been to two branches today and neither one of them has a banker to help.

Always get the best customer service at this bank! It's always empty and the employees have a great memory because they always greet me with my name! Neil the manager is super great and knowledgeable. Awesome group of workers!

Went there on Saturday 1:30. The banker was totally ready to go and all he could talk to me was to convince that it is useless for me to wait there (he said I should just do this online). Then I though of it and had a few questions. Attempt to ask him question but all he could tell me was he is way too busy and has no time to answer quick question. I went home and try to this online and site said the amount was too large to handle online. I will be sure to go different branch for future business.
