To see a Banker SIGN IN and bring a book.  Pleasant staff but waiting time is a blood pressure trigger. Bring a book. It is what it is.

They don't have a change machine, which was disappointing. I tried to call ahead to ask if they had a change machine, but apparently they don't answer their phone here.

I don't usually come inside, but when I do the wait time is ridiculous. I'm really thinking of changing banks. It's a real inconvenience.

The Branch has 2 bankers working on a Friday at 10:30 AM. Had to wait 30 minutes to see someone. Every time I come to this location whether in the morning or afternoon there is a ridiculous wait. The staff is always nice but the  time spent in the bank is ridiculous.

This is the worst Chase bank iv ever been to in my life. I have been all over the country and have had chase for years. At this particular location I waited over an hour to see a banker. They were rude, the staff is not helpful and over all a disappointing experience every time.
