I don’t understand how this bank is open for business with the type of employees it has. The tellers were the most rude people I’ve ever encounter and while on their phone refuse to give me service because it they were short on people when I was the only one in the building. Don’t go to this bank. It’s the worse thing in Tulsa. 😒😡🤬

Never going here again. How do you forget to hand me back my card, call me and tell me I can come back another day for it, shred it the very next day, then act aggravated at the fact that I was unable to come back the same day "I told you blah blah blah", have me take my crying child outside to wait while making pained faces at her cry, then take another customer and phone call instead of handling your screw up mistake, then looking away when I come back inside and try to ask if you're finished yet after waiting outside. If you make a mistake, own up to it. FYI In this country we don't make women wait outside. Women are not a minority. We have equal rights here. (I hate Trump and I'm mixed, I'm just saying.) Treat me like I matter, not like I need to be punished for your mistake. What a disgrace. I don't even want to do business with Chase anymore in general.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. The tellers in particular. Not one not two but plenty bad experiences at this location

Branch was great! Tellers and bankers were friendly and quick with what I had to do. I love coming into this branch.
