I've needed to talk with the banker over the past couple of weeks and it seems when there are sometimes 2 to 3 bankers at this branch, lately the chairs are more empty and the wait is longer than 20 minutes each time I go in there.  

Last time I went in there there were two individuals waiting, myself and another person… And when the person in front of us got finished with the banker (the only banker) the banker got up and disappeared into the back room. For like five minutes before I left. (After another 20 minutes of wasted time.)

Well both times equaled almost an hour… of wasted time… And each time I did not want to test my luck and see how much extra time it would've taken to actually see a banker so I got nothing done

I had an issue which required the branch manager for information, but I was told that he was out of the office for lunch. It was a significant matter, and being on company time myself, it was frustrating that there wasn’t a manager on duty for me to discuss it with. Chase is too large an institution to not adequately staff each branch.

Very poor and below standard customer service. Went to the E 91st Street Chase Bank to open a saving account and the bank manager refused to render the service during regular hours because his account specialist was not readily available even though I told the manager I did not mind waiting. He knew I  had driven one hour just to get the branch. I would not recommend doing business with this branch.
