First off, I have been with Chase Bank for a few years. I am originally from Illinois. I have not had issues with Chase Bank in Illinois, but several issues with the Bowling Green, KY 42101 location. The last 2 weeks have completely destroyed my faith in this bank. Which will result in us taking our business elsewhere, that is for sure. Starts off 2 weeks ago, we had a fraudulent check from a payday loan place for 471.50 taken out from our account, mind you it wasn't me or my wife's signature on the check, but the kicker is the check was dated October 20th, 2016.....I repeat 2016!!!!!! We had to call to get the fraud department involved. This is just the beginning of the nonsense. Then we deposited 1 check from a 3rd party, 1 money order and $200 cash into the atm.  The issuer of the 3rd party check forgot to sign it. So there was a hold put on it in our account, which I understand that part, but they took our account into a negative of 1832.00, how is that even possible. But more drama to come, they put a hold on the $600 money order, who the hell puts a hold on a money order from another bank???? What is priceless is they also put a hold on a check to a landlord for a $200 deposit, which that is what the $200 inflow of cash was to cover. Made that check bounce, then the bank hits us with insufficient funds fees for all these. Then we went in to talk to the branch manager, which about the only help she provided was to take off a fee and to take off the negative 1832, which I don't even conceive how they got that for taking holds on the check and money order. Then the other account went into the negative due to lack of funds that we had anticipated from these transactions. Then the branch manager said that account is negative due to netflix account hitting. I looked her in the eye and said it's negative because your bank has screwed me and my family over on $3300 bucks in the last 2 weeks. I have never been so upset at a financial institution in my entire life. Once we get all our money back that has been stolen from us, we will be taking our business else where, and I suggest all of you reading this post to do the same. It is extremely frustrating for a family of 5 to take a hit on  $3300 bucks in 2 weeks, especially after we just went through Christmas, and moved in the 1st week of January. I am almost at a loss for words, the more I think about how we have been treated the last 2 weeks by this bank. So consumers please be aware and pay attention to your accounts, especially if you are in the Bowling Green, KY area. Thank you for your time.

Great employees. One of my favorite branches. They waved the daily withdrawal limit for me and let me withdrawal $XX,XXX.XX in one day. Had to drive an hour to get here but worth the trip.

Tellers are really rude, the line is usually backed up to the door. On multiple occasions they didn't return my calls. I could go on but you get the point.
