Everytime I come to this branch off of hwy 6 and the beltway it takes over 30 minutes for me to be helped. It seems like they are under staffed ... they have extra workers greeting customers but not actually doing anything. I just went to get an atm card and that took over an hour. Which caused me to be late picking my children up from school. Never going back there again.

I love this Chase Bank! The kind ladies always have my kid's suckers ready just as soon as they see my van! They know me by name, which is really rare nowadays. They are quick, helpful, and always smiling.

I was going thru the drive thru today trying to deposit a ComCheck and the teller at the window refused to make my deposit. I explained to her that I couldn't go inside since I have a newborn baby in the car with me, and it was raining hard at the time. I've always made a deposit thru the drive-thru system, and today the Teller refused to help me. I explained to her my situation and had her ask the manager and both denied my transaction. Why have a drive-thru, if you're going to refuse to assist a customer. Very inconvenient, bad customer service and overall a horrible experience. I will close my account due to this issue at this location. I will write a letter to Corporate and report this issue to BBB.

The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel like you're a special customer. They are knowledgeable and can suggest solutions based on your personal situation. This is why I like Chase - their location staff.

They don't answer the phone and the message just says to call back later.
