Awesome experience. Just went in to deposit checks and as I sat to wait for my mom I was asked if I needed any help. We ended up learning how to set up the pay bills feature on chase mobile. Jose de Los Santos which was the Banker who helped us was polite, professional, helpful and so patient as he walked my Spanish speaking mom with no clue on how to use smartphones through the whole pay bills process and setting up her chase mobile account!

Worse freaking chase ever! they're supervisor is no help at all and here workers are as bad as she is!dont recommend to call this place for help they won't help you!

Snoby attitudes horrible service and i have been shorted cash here also, good thing i counted it before I left never coming to this chase again they have very bad service.
