There are 2 young ladies in this bank that are exceptional. Shannon and Sarah. They are always professional, punctual and courteous. Now as for the manager Candace? Very unprofessional. The definitely need a new manager. The manager didn't even acknowledge me. I was waiting in line right in front of her. She didn't say someone will be with you shortly. Or I'm sorry I'm closed right now!
Like I stated..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went in with question about process time to cash check for ATM. I show teller Shannon the check while she's answering my question she just assumed to deposit my check. Without asking- I addressed her about it she became very catty about it. Im just trying to cash a check through ATM and she gives me an attitude about my expired license which is why I went in to ask. Duchess daughter Now my check money only cleared $200 while on hold for the remaining balance. Exactly what I didn't want. . Thanks narcissistic teller. Your service was terrible display of disrespect and self entitlement. Time to switch banks.
