we just refinance our house with PRMG our Representative was Mr. Victor Martinez not is only a professional as is a very wonderful person we definitely enjoy so much to work with him COMMUNICATION A+ Professionalism A+ Respectful A+ Friendship A+. We definitely going back to do more business with him and with a company. Mr. Martinez advice on every single step was direct and clear and punctual which we love.he went far and beyond his working ours to make sure all the e-mails and texts was received by us that way we don't miss any information and get to our appointments on time and make sure we had all the documents that way we don't miss any time on the process Also all the staff that we was introduce to was very very professional. We meet one year ago but we didn't went thru wit our refinance because we had other personal complications that make us to postpone the process then Mr. Martinez said that we will wait a year and exactly 11 months after he call us to ask if we would like to meet to see if we could forward with the process of the new refinance even after a year he could get a reasonable interest rate. Robert is truly one of the best lenders I have ever worked with. This was a seamless transaction. If you need a loan Robert Escalera is your man. He is very knowledgable, keeps you consistently updated on the status and he genuinely cares about his clients. I was lucky to have him on side.

Paramount Mortgage is the best!! Definitely recommend to family and friends. Shannon and Curt are amazing and so professional and know exactly what they are doing. I had an amazing experience purchasing my home. :)

Al is absolutely gives the best client service I could hope for . Constant communication, complete professionalism and educate on the process so you can understand and actually be part of the process. Wonderful experience , I tell all my friends to talk to Al for any refinance needs.
