Every time I go to this location I have the worst experience. From waiting in the drive thru more than 15 -20 minutes, the cars behind me in line back out because they are taking so long. Today I waited forever again in the drive thru, got my $ but didn’t get my debit and license back. I got home only to realize they weren’t in the envelope, loaded my kids up in the car, unloaded them walked into the bank with no apology and a message left on my phone saying “I forgot my debit card and license there.” I didn’t forget them , you failed to follow protocol chase bank. Extremely poor service EVERY.SINGLE. TIME. I would rather drive to Richland than deal with this. Btw while you’re sitting in your car for 15 minutes waiting for them to respond to you they take your transaction set it on the counter and help the people inside first. Absolutely irate when I saw this. No wonder it takes so long to be waited on. 😡😡😡
