I would give a 5 star review based on my previous transaction with HAPO but I just called to make a payment via debit card and they CHARGE 20$ TO MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND 12$ TO DO IT ONLINE. That is absolutely absurd. Complete joke that is. Thanks HAPO you suck ;)

Hapo has a very hard time owning up to their mistakes and are very rude to their customers. Every time i go into the bank the ladies are rude and treat me with disrespect. I have had to speak with a branch manager each time to get the simplest mistakes fixed on hapos part. I work with upset customers all the time and even through medical billing i would never treat a customer the way hapo treats me.
