i like this bank. it actually still resembles what a bank used to look like. not like how many of the modern ones (in this area) look like now. the staff was very helpful and friendly. 
i came in looking for coins and old bills for my nephew's coin/currency collecting hobby....the manager of the branch was the one that helped me and was very very very eager to try and fulfill all of my requests.

I've never had such bad experience at this branch. I called ahead of time regarding some change in fives and was told to come in to get my requested change. Once I went in I spoke to a teller, young gentlemen, that denied giving me change because he didn't have enough. I asked if I could get some change and his response was "If we give you what you're asking for, we will run out of money." I understand I only have a personal account with you guys but I have never been treated like I did this afternoon. They usually help me out with what they can. However, this gentlemen said he couldn't give me change for $400 in 5's. This is really shoking to me since i've gone to this branch plenty of times. I attended the branch on Wilshire and they were way more understanding and kind to me. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this branch and will drive a bit further to get better customer service.

Very well run.  They love helping. The manager is great. I feel like he is a friend. They have a new, ultra high tech ATM inside, and three high-tech ATM's outside, which cuts down on wait times for simple things like deposits. I don't necessarily like banks, but at least Chase invests in making experiences easier and more convenient.
