To many Jewish employees. They are destroying not only California but also Wells Fargo. Branches , Mantana and Airport has a Jewish girl as supervisor horrible. Shouldn't have any job at all incapable girl so are all other Jews working. Where is than equal opportunity?

They don't really care about the client. Worth experience so far, makes me think whether the bank is worth being with at all.

the mortgage banker: William Gill is the worst banker we'd been deal with ,,, we are currently apply home mortgage loan in a timely manner who never respond our emails, calls, or/and even left voice msgs from time to time to request call us back ,,, unfortunately, this banker does what his so ever ,,,,

There is a gentleman that works at this location by the name Anthony Sosa.

This guy is awesome!  I highly recommended anyone currently doing business with Wells Fargo

To go see this guy . He helped me set up all my accounts, explained to me all my features

 and literally gave me the best customer service i have ever received in my life .He even helped me

save some extra money on my annual fees! My initial reason for my visit to today was to actually close my account. If it wasn’t for Anthony i would probably be in line at chase bank right now signing up a new account. Again i highly recommended anyone coming into this branch or reading this review to go see this gentleman. I promise you will not be disappointed. He will service you better than anyone else in building and get you get you out of there ASAP.

This has by far been the worst customer service experience. I have been attempting to simply get a new debit card for over 3 months, and still have not been able to get one. I have gone into the bank to order a new debit card not once, twice, or three times, but four times. Each time I have been promised that everything is fine, and everytime there has been some sort of issue. I have taken numerous lunch hours to get this done, and have wasted so much time. There have been issues with the wrong address, or simply bureaucratic non-sense that I don't understand. I have been promised, apologized to, and not called back more times that I can count, and I can't wait to close my account after this experience.
