Requested to open a military banking account and the manager told me there is no difference between military and regular checking. I called customer service and was told the manager lied to me. 

Also, don't get a home loan from this branch. Their interest rates are absurd compared to other banks.

Debbie was short didn't want to help open an account explained I wasn't off work and had a coupon to use that expired she played around them told me she needed an account to check and that most cases they will extend advised I had to work 4 tens and didn't seem to care she just didn't want to do it never says that you can open an account passed 5:30 seriously considering closing my account period

Great staff- Slow as ever. They have a computer at the teller window that doesn't get used. It's ridiculous.
