Fast and friendly service at this location. Overall a great bank for students, businesses, and families. Online banking is very useful.

Do NOT use Wells Fargo. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and am leaving. My experience today was the last straw. I went in to this branch to have fees reversed, and was told by the teller that there was no one there that could reverse fees, and to call customer support. My story, so you don't have to go through the same: a cancelled credit card with no reason, and no warning. No record of that credit card existing when they asked if I wanted a new credit card (the answer of course was NO). Denied loans, despite excellent credit. Recurring fees the SAME DAY we just had those fees reversed. Multiple boxes of misprinted checks (that was a fun fight). Deposits that went into the wrong account. Cashed checks that were taken from my savings account rather than given to me as cash from the check! More fees that we were told would not occur. And of course terrible customer service to top it all off. Do yourself a favor and go to another bank. I'm finally going to. And for anyone who thinks the credit card cancellation etc was due to poor credit, my credit is excellent, and always has been.

The Venmo App was getting hung up and processing my rent payment. I contacted Venmo to see if I could get help. No longer than a couple minutes (not exaggerating) the glitch vanished and I made my rent payment. Thanks, Venmo!

Pretty standard wells fargo experience. Bankers were a bit pushy, but overall were nice and professional.
