Wish I could rate zero! This check city is terrible. Had western union money sent to me and they wouldn't give it to me because the sender hadn't written my middle name and my ID says middle name. They said it was a new company policy active starting today. Then said we had to have the sender call western union and add the middle name or return to the store it was sent from and have the middle name added. We had proper ID, test answer, proper address, and phone numbers. Anyway to make a long story short I called several other check city's who have never heard of such a policy and went to another that gladly and promptly gave me my money. The girls have terrible customer service skills and act like it isn't their job to get you your money.

I walked in with $170 worth of precious metals and was offered $70, that's insane. I understand that your business has operating costs and you're trying to make a profit,  but that's an incredibly steep cut. Everything these guys do is crooked and shady.

Extremely expensive loans. They add another $200 in fees on to the loan amount just to then start charging another some %1200 interest... Avoid at all costs!!!

I have had to use Check City off and on for a while and I love going to this location.  They are very nice and usually recognize me!  I have always had good experiences with Check City and will continue to use them if I find myself in a bind!  Thank you!
