Had an unpleasant experience. Waited for 45 minutes to access the safe being told I would have access then being denied at end. Following a rude explanation.

Excellent customer service at this Chase branch. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The best part, modern ATMs that make deposits and withdrawals that let you choose small bills. No more waiting in long lines to get banking done.

Huge lines at all times. They put 3 more ATMs instead of cashiers, now row of people looking at this empty machines, while standing in the line.
