I've been coming to this place for the last couple of years, and everytime I come it's been a good experience. They have the new ATM machines, which are just more pleasant to deal with, and they have a ton of staff on site (at least when I go) and always asking if you're being taken care of. Can't speak about the selling of financial products, because I've only gone to deposit and withdraw money.

Avoid at all costs. Surly tellers, misinformed staff. Unable to correctly describe the functions of the ATM, even the branch manager didn't know correct information. My last experience here was so terrible that I'm closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Worst Bank branch Ever , rude and 
They stole my cash when i dep in the machine and when i stop by to see why my cash wasnt in my acc they called the cops and ask me to leave after i asked them to check the video tape that shows me puttiing money in . Crazy
