Went to this location on 02/13/2017 to get a credit card identification form notarized. Long wait. Finally, the lady who does notaries calls me in and I hand her the paper that I needed notarized. She intensely stares at it like she's never seen anything like it. On top of the paper it described what this notary was for and she still asked me what it was for. After staring at the paper for a couple of more seconds she goes, "no we don't do these types of notarization here". So I ask her, "you guys don't notarize documents at this location?". She replies back "no not these types of documents at any of chase branches." So I leave and go to a different Chase location much further away from my house and get the same document notarized over there with no issue at all. Thanks for wasting my time because you were too lazy to get up and go ask someone for help on how to do your job.

Beware of unncecessary drama with the tellers on Saturdays if you're trying to deposit money... They placed some machines inside which you can use to deposit money but I showed up just before the bank closed and stood in line to do it with the teller and got called out for wasting time standing in line and not using the machines... (had to pay something off right that second and wasn't sure if the machines would update my balance right away) tellers have the worst attitude ever at this branch... Wonder why they would even have the deposit slips prepared if they will hate you for not using the machines in the first place

TERRIBLE! Stay away! We were the 3rd person waiting for a name change on the account and we had to wait over one hour for a banker to see us!
