Worst customer service EVER!! The teller was so rude I couldn't even finish my transaction!! After asking for an explanation why she was putting unnecessary info into the computer she snapped at me like I have no business asking questions!! Don't bring outside anger to the work place it will get you bad reviews!!

The woman working the counter was great, but the two men were worthless. It is like they really don't want to help customers.

worse customer service ever!!  Was promised a new debit card from an employee to be sent to my home address via UPS on saturday - $5 bank fee waived. Of course, employee forgot to put it in, for some reason, and when I called India (800 customer service #) the employee said there was no record of the new debit card request -.  thanks guy. I feel uncomfortable to have my bank information in India. Chose local credit union for banking instead. 

American jobs matter. Why pay $1/hour employee in India to work for Chase bank. I refuse to be a part of the Chase bank sweatshop any longer

Hey, I can overlook mistakes - everyone makes them, but *the attitude* of the employee is what I'm ranting about ....was treated like a criminal. I can not be the *only* person in the history of the word who received a new debit card in the mail 3 mos ago (you know they come in unmarked envelopes) who accidentally through it away THREE MONTHS AGO. Those envelopes look like credit card offers, Do you think it is possible. in the hustle/bustle of the holiday (new debit card was sent Dec 21st) that someone COULD HAVE mistakenly thrown their new debit card away...YES, IT IS POSSIBLE. They must really, really underpay their employees b/c - these people
