24/7 ATM access. The people here are great! I've never had anything but exceptional service. Weekends can sometimes be a wait, but they're systems manage the queue well.

Ive had over 5 problems with this bank in the last 6 months, from them randomly deactivated my card for security reasons and Im unable to reach anybody over the weekend (they close early saturdays and arent open sundays even for calls) to the ATM taking my cash without crediting my account and having them tell me "It'll take about a week". This bank cancelled my card after the first deactivation when I asked them to re-activate it. They deactivated it after reactivating it the following day. Changing banks as soon as that cash is finally put back into my account, I reccomend opening an account at another bank instead of this one or changing banks asap.
