WOW - what a difference good management makes at a bank. Yesterday I was terribly disappointed at the POOR service I got at a different Chase Bank and decided to go to a branch I knew could help me. Tony Rogacki did an outstanding job by helping me close an old unused inactive account and then helped me clean up 3 other accounts and get them properly linked to the portal. He even helped me print some statements before we closed the old account and then got me a credit on fees paid that I should not have had to pay and I did not even ask for a credit - well done! Excellent customer service like this is why it is VERY important which Chase Branch you go to...I am not always in Lynnwood but try to use this branch as they are very helpful and go out of their way to show great customer service. Thanks again Tony!
