Always come to this Chase. Never had any problem.

Everytime I come here they never have enough windows open to handle the crowd. Lines are backed up to the entry door. I have personal and two business accounts here.  This branch on baseline needs some serious training on expediency. I was even shorted cash on one of my transactions. Manager was very apologetic and handle the situation immediately. Other branches meet and greet. This Baseline Branch needs an overhaul.

This bank is nice always help me. People here are helpfull. Guy named Raul there is very helpfull. Dont get me wrong the other workers are awsome aswell i just dealt more with Raul and always left with my issues solved.

I really like all the staff here, they are accommodating, helpful esp. to people like me who is handicapped.They are doing a great job. You are great people & should be proud of.
