When you have to offer new customers $500 to get them to open accounts at your bank, then you know something is seriously wrong with the rest of  your business! There is a general lack of respect for customers and unwillingness to treat people fairly at Chase. I have closed all accounts and credit cards. AVOID CHASE!

Teller I had just have been having a bad day and they charged me $8 to cash a check.   Love their atms.  Guess I'll have to stick with those

I have been a long time BofA customer.  I recently opened my account at Chase and I have never been happier.  Good Job Chase.

I will never visit this branch again! Treated so poorly, I considered closing all of my accounts with Chase. Stay away from this branch, visit the one on 29th and Washington.
