Unable to see a business banker, they do not answer their phones to set up appointments, and frequent additional charges.  I would not recommend using if you have a small business or care about your money.

I can't even get through by phone. Automated answer just say no one is available and hangs up.

Understaffed. I had the branch manager tell me i didn't have an account then once he was able to find it he couldn't print me a copy of the direct deposit form.   The fact that i had to see him just to get that info was a joke.   Poor experience.  Normally i just get to wait in line for 15 minutes unless i use their atm.  Jokes on me for banking there.

Would give Zero if possible. Closed my account due to the fees, checked my rocky mountain power account and its past due because of Chase's handy dandy online bill pay not paying it. Trying to get a hold of someone at this pathetic branch is impossible!!! Worst Bank ever!
