The Chase in Bountiful has always been my favorite. There's a lady here who has remembered my name for 15 years. I'm not sure if that's because I'm a bad customer or a good customer 😃. The staff here is friendly and professional and they always treat me that way, whether in the bank or in the Drive-Thru. They always answer my questions and help me out when I need information on my accounts. I always have been very impressed with everyone that I've worked with and I would recommend this bank to anyone. I began with Chase when they took over from Washington Mutual and I have never regretted it. Neither will you!

Great service. One of the bankers remembers my face and always makes a point to ask how I'm doing, if they aren't busy, since they know my health situation. I love the indoor ATM on the North side entryway, as you can pull out money in dollar increments, if needed.

Great tellers, manager remembers details about me personally, feels like a friendly place. Clean layout. After they closed the branch closer to my home, this one is a little further away, but I keep coming.

Horrible customer service. Not very bright people working as tellers. Had one tell me they couldn't find the account number (they entered it in wrong), sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes to have them tell me I wasn't an authorized signer on the account when they finally figured it out (I am), and during the down time trying (and failing) to cash a $100 check, the teller couldn't even keep a conversation about cryptocurrency. Thumbs way way down. Head up to Farmington or Layton if you actually want to get helped
